How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet daily before bedtime.

Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
