Ingredients
Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobiles dry extract, titrated to 0.4% in total flavonoids calculated as rutoside; maltodextrin; inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); casing: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

How to use
