Description
Food supplement based on Magnesium from 4 different sources: carbonate, citrate, pidolate, and marine. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, the proper functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. 3 tablets a day provide 375 mg of Magnesium, equal to 100% of the NRV (Nutrient Reference Values).

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); Magnesium carbonate, Magnesium citrate, Marine magnesium (Magnesium chloride and Magnesium sulfate: Magnesium content 7%), L-Magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
3 tablets a day, away from meals. Take with plenty of water.
