Description
Dietary supplement of magnesium which promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system (together with vitamin B6). It is indicated during periods of increased stress and tension, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal muscle function. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients
Magnesium L-pidolate, Magnesium bisglycinate, sidemag marine* (magnesium hydroxide from seawater, pregelatinized rice starch, anti-caking agents: sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, calcium phosphates; rice flour), vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take one to two capsules daily, preferably during a main meal.
