Instructions for use
It is recommended to take one level scoop (2 g) dissolved in water once or twice a day (2 to 4 g per day); suggested on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before eating. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water, and then stir. Close carefully after use.
