Description
Orthosis for stabilizing the wrist and thumb in a functional position, while maintaining the mobility of the other fingers and the hand's grasping ability. Rigid and moldable palmar splint for relative immobilization of the wrist and moldable radial splint for relative immobilization of the first ray of the hand. Comfortable padded lining. Cushion for palm comfort. Elastic wrist strap and thumb tab with hook-and-loop closure.
The medical device limits wrist and thumb movement.

Instructions for use
Insert the hand into the orthosis so that the palmar splint is aligned with the forearm and the radial splint is aligned with the thumb, and the last phalanx is free. Tighten the hook-and-loop closure on the wrist to achieve firm but comfortable support. Pull the tab with the hook-and-loop closure, wrapping it around the thumb, passing between the thumb and forefinger from the dorsal to the palmar side. Then secure the tab with the hook-and-loop closure.

Washing instructions
Hand wash in lukewarm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, wring gently, lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

Warnings
Do not prolong product use without medical advice. The product is designed for use by a single person; do not use it on multiple individuals. The product must not be used in direct contact with broken skin. If problems arise during product use, such as pain or obvious local signs, remove it and contact a healthcare professional. In case of a serious incident following product use, contact the manufacturer and the relevant local healthcare provider. When adjusting the straps, tighten them so they are stable but comfortable. The brace should not be used if relative or absolute immobilization or surgical intervention is required.

Storage
Store in a dry environment away from excessive heat and light.
