CE Medical Device. Transparent polyurethane film dressing. Impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses but highly breathable. Frame application system. Adhesive strip to note the application date. Indicated for protecting the insertion site of venous and arterial catheters, peritoneal and other percutaneous devices; for first and second degree burns; for protecting skin at risk of pressure ulcers or on reddened areas in case of prolonged immobilization; for waterproof fixation of other dressings. The U-cut, if present, serves to better adapt the dressing around the catheters.
