Description
Food supplement with glycine and melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, dicalcium phosphate; adenosine 5-triphosphate, glycine, melatonin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet, half an hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with a little water.
