Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of infants with regurgitation. Mellin AR 2 is obtained through an exclusive process and is supplemented with carob bean gum, which promotes product viscosity.

How to use
Before preparation, wash hands and sterilize the bottle, teat, and ring. Boil the required amount of water and pour it into the bottle when it is lukewarm. To get a level scoop, after filling it, remove excess powder using a well-washed kitchen knife. Add level scoops of powder following the instructions in the Average Feeding Table. Close the bottle and shake it to dissolve the powder. Wait about 5 minutes for the product to thicken. Before giving it to the infant, check the temperature on your wrist.

Warnings
Carefully follow the instructions: improper preparation and storage methods could pose a risk to the infant's health. The product must be used under the pediatrician's supervision. The product is indicated for infants from the sixth to the twelfth month of life and cannot be used as the sole source of nourishment. The product should not be used parenterally. Not suitable for premature infants. Important: breast milk is the ideal food for infants and should be encouraged and used as long as possible. It is recommended to prepare milk only at mealtime. Do not reheat or boil milk once prepared. Do not reuse any leftover prepared product. Use only the scoop contained in the package.
Storage
Store in a dry, clean place, away from heat sources. Once opened, the package must be properly reclosed and stored in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator). The product must be consumed within one month of opening.
Shelf life when unopened: 18 months.
