Description
An enzyme supplement with lactase specifically formulated to aid in the digestion of lactose in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose from milk, cheese, or other foods. The enzyme dosage is very high: 9,000 FCC units to allow for effective and complete enzymatic digestion of the sugar. A fungal lactase extracted from Aspergillus Oryzae is used, whose action is effective over a wide pH range (2-10). MetaDigest Lacto begins its action already in the stomach. The enzyme used is ultra-purified and has high biological activity. Soy-free and suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, lactase 9,000 FCC units; capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silica.
1 capsule contains 9,000 FCC units of lactase (enzyme for lactose digestion).

Gluten, lactose, and soy-free.

Directions for use
1 capsule during or immediately after each meal containing lactose. The capsule can be opened and its contents dissolved in water or another liquid.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. It must be taken with every meal containing lactose. Lactose tolerance is variable.
