The presence of lecithin helps emulsify fats, and phytase promotes the breakdown of phytates present in a vegetable-rich diet that can hinder the absorption of some micronutrients. MetaDigest total enzymes work independently of pH, thus already in the stomach. The MetaDigest total formulation also contains dry ginger extract, which can support digestive function.
