Food supplement.
Complete formulation based on magnesium for use in situations of stress (folate), fatigue (folate, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12) and in case of muscle tension (magnesium, vitamin D).
Vitamins B6, B12 and B9 (folate) are present in their active and most effective forms. They are directly available for action in the body.

Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate; flavoring: citric acid, citrus flavors and orange juice powder (Citrus sinensis); taurine; bulking agent: magnesium carbonate; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and silicon dioxide; folate (calcium L-methylfolate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Gluten, lactose, soy free.

Directions for use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml), stir well.
