Description
Food supplement based on L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine from fermentation, B vitamins from buckwheat, and vitamin D3 from lichen. Branched-chain amino acids provide adequate supplementation for athletes' diets. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, B12 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, B2 to normal energy metabolism, B6 to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, B1 to normal heart function, B3 to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and B9 (folic acid) to normal hematopoiesis.

Instructions for use
Take 1 sachet, 1-2 times a day, dissolved in 250 or 500 ml of water. Shake until completely dissolved.
