Food supplement of Creatine and Mineral Salts with Vitamins, Carnitine, Arginine and Glutathione.
The B vitamins present in the formulation (Thiamine, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12) contribute to normal energy metabolism, while the mineral salts contained (Iron and Magnesium) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function. Creatine increases physical performance in cases of repetitive, high-intensity, short-duration activities.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 3 g of creatine (equal to 3 sachets daily). This dosage is intended for adults who engage in intense physical exercise.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine, potassium phosphate, L-aspartic acid, orange flavor, L-carnitine tartrate, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), iron phosphate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), glutathione; sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colorant: beta-carotene; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folate), sodium selenite.

Directions for use
The recommended daily dose is 3 sachets per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
