Directions for use
For adults, 1 tablet a day, also between meals, to be swallowed with water. If necessary, the tablet can be divided into two parts to facilitate intake.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C, in the original tightly closed packaging. Do not use if the aluminium foil of the bottle is damaged upon opening the cap.
