Directions for use
Take 1-2 sachets daily with plenty of water.

Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy, and for children under 12 years of age.

Warnings
The product contains creatine: in case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks) it is necessary to consult a doctor. The colourings in the product may adversely affect activity and attention in children. Keep out of reach of children. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage
Store in a cool (< 25°C) and dry place away from heat sources. Do not consume after the best before date. The expiry date refers to the product in intact and correctly stored packaging.
