Nefrys
Description
Nefrys can be beneficially used in dogs and cats of all ages for the well-being of the upper urinary tract. Nefrys is not a veterinary drug, but a complementary food for dogs and cats.
Properties
PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) is a natural substance found in many food sources of both animal and vegetable origin (e.g., soy). In the animal body, it helps maintain the physiological balance of many organs and tissues (e.g., kidney). Nefrys replenishes endogenous PEA reserves in its highest absorption form (ultra-micronized, PEA-um). Silymarin is a complex of bioflavonoids extracted from Milk Thistle (Silybum Marianum) with antioxidant action (neutralizes free radicals in the kidneys). Chitosan and calcium carbonate help maintain, in the intestinal tract, a correct level of phosphorus and protein digestion products (e.g., nitrogenous waste).
Ingredients
Oils and fats, palmitoylethanolamide (3.72%), chitosan (3.72%), mineral substances (3.2%); organoleptic additives: milk thistle (Sylibum marianum) extract (16,000 mg/kg).
Analytical constituents: crude protein (2.5%), crude fiber (<1%), crude fat (90%), crude ash (3%).
Directions for use
Administer the quantity indicated in the table twice a day, with meals. Shake the bottle well, insert the graduated syringe into the appropriate hole and draw the selected quantity indicated in the table. Administer the contents of the syringe directly into the animal's mouth or mix it with food. It is advisable to use Nefrys for a minimum period of 6 months.
*Administer twice a day.
