Description
Dietary supplement of functional ingredients useful for counteracting menstrual cycle disorders (chasteberry and ginger), promoting mental well-being and relaxation (chamomile), contributing to normal energy metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue, and supporting normal psychological function (vitamin B6 and magnesium), counteracting localized tension and aiding digestive function (ginger), and supporting the regulation of hormonal activity (vitamin B6). The formulation has been completed with the addition of hawthorn extract, useful for draining body fluids, and vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Magnesium (magnesium carbonate); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruit dry extract, titrated to 0.5% in agnuside), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizome dry extract, titrated to 10% in gingerols and shogaols), chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flower head dry extract: inflorescences, titrated to 0.3% in apigenin and apigenin 7 glucoside), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), hawthorn (Pilosella officinarum Vaill., aerial parts dry extract, titrated to 1% in total flavonoids); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day, to be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
