Description
Food supplement based on ALFAMAG, feverfew extract, vitamins B1 and B2; useful for providing an additional intake of these ingredients to the daily diet. Vitamins B1, B2 and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system; magnesium and vitamin B1 also contribute to normal psychological function, while vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Feverfew helps to counteract localized tension.

Ingredients
ALFAMAG: magnesium citrate, alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; feverfew herb with flowers d.e. [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip.] tit. 0.5% parthenolides; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a generous sip of water.

For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult your doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
