Bacopa supports memory and cognitive functions; clitoria counteracts localized tension and promotes mental well-being; walnut oil supports the integrity and function of cell membranes.

Ingredients
DAY TABLETS: bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.) herb d.e. titrated to 20% bacosides 50%, quercetin 12.50%, conjugated linoleic acid 11.20%, walnut (Juglans regia L.) seed oil 10%, vitamin B1 2.50%, vitamin B2 2.50%, vitamin B6 1%, inositol 0.20%, vitamin B12 0.10%. Thickeners: food grade maltodextrins 9.90%, magnesium stearate 0.10%.
NIGHT TABLETS: Hericium sporophore (Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.) d.e. titrated to 30% polysaccharides 30%, clitoria (Clitoria ternatea L.) flowers 20%, S-adenosylmethionine 20%, lipoic acid 10%, quercetin 7.50%, conjugated linoleic acid 6%. Thickeners: food grade maltodextrins 6.40%, magnesium stearate.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 DAY FORMULA tablets in the morning and 2 NIGHT FORMULA tablets in the evening, corresponding to 2 g per day, which is 100% of the NRV for vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Consult your doctor for product use. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
