Food supplement with Neuramine SAD, A.L.C. Neuroplex and Anaxyl D3.
Neuramine SAD, which contains L-tryptophan and L-phenylalanine (essential amino acids) and vitamins B3, B6, B12 and magnesium, contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system; A.L.C. Neuroplex, which combines acetyl-L-carnitine with rhodiola, which has a tonic effect (physical and mental fatigue) and contributes to a normal mood, with Siberian ginseng, which promotes memory and normal cognitive functions, and with bacopa; Anaxyl D3, with hawthorn and valerian extracts; the latter promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Directions for use
For the first 10 days, take 2 capsules, one in the morning and one in the evening, then only 2 capsules in the morning.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or for prolonged periods, without consulting a doctor. Consult your doctor, especially if you are taking antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives. Contains phenylalanine. Contraindicated in patients with phenylketonuria.
