Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microencapsulated flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.) titrated to 25% linolenic acid and 10% linoleic acid, evening primrose seed oil powder (70% Oenothera biennis L., oil), beta-glucan; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; zinc gluconate.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, to be swallowed with a little water.
