Ingredients
Oil rich in DHA and EPA from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. (72.6%), modified tapioca starch; humectant: glycerol; sunflower oil (1.9%), flavouring (rosemary extract), antioxidants (high tocopherol extracts, ascorbyl palmitate).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules daily with plenty of water before, during or after meals.
