Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid, L-acetyl carnitine hydrochloride, uridine 5' monophosphate (UMP), disodium salt, cytidine 5' monophosphate acid (CMP), capsule (gelatin; colorant: yellow iron oxide and red iron oxide E172), flax powder (Linum usitatissimum L., seeds); anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; maltodextrin, rice flour, zinc bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. For the use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. In rare cases, lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.
