How to use
Take 1-2 sachets per day, depending on your needs. Dissolve the content of one sachet in a glass of still water (200 ml) or other beverage, stirring carefully. NutraMet Fiber can also be added to yogurt or homogenized fruit, smoothies or other dishes, cold or hot, as desired.
