Cookies with rice and whole wheat, with chocolate chips and cranberries.

Ingredients
Corn starch, sugar, 9% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural flavouring), palm oil, eggs 6%, egg white, 5.8% whole grain rice flour, 5.8% sorghum flour, lactose-free butter*, 3% puffed rice, 3% sprouted lentil flakes, 2% candied cranberries (cranberries 48.6%, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, natural flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid), 1% rice bran, rice syrup, salt; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: guar gum.

May contain traces of lupins and soy.

*Residual lactose in the finished product is less than 0.01g/100g. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of lactose hydrolysis.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
