Nutrifree Whole Wheat Bread Mix is a balanced blend of selected low-sugar ingredients, enriched with buckwheat flour and rice bran. Ideal for preparing whole wheat bread, focaccia, and other baked goods with a rustic flavor. Lfree certified, dairy-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, 10% whole buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, sugar, 2.8% rice bran, psyllium fiber, salt; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; yeast extract. May contain traces of mustard and soy.
