Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, zinc, and selenium. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and alleviates the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination).
Zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Selenium is also useful for normal thyroid function, while zinc is for normal cognitive function.
Chamomile is known for its effect on relaxation and mental well-being.

Directions for use
We recommend taking one chewable tablet daily, in the evening, shortly before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is intended for adults only; do not administer to children and adolescents. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
