Description
Food supplement based on fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage seed oil, natural sources of unsaturated fatty acids omega-3 (EPA and DHA), omega-6 and omega-9. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function*. Flaxseed and borage oils support the integrity and functionality of cell membranes; borage oil also helps to counteract menstrual cycle disorders and support the trophism and functionality of skin and joints.
* The beneficial effect is observed with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA (2 softgels per day).

Ingredients
Fish oil [from anchovies (Engraulis ringens), herring (Clupea harengus), mackerel (Scomber japonicus), sardines (Sardinops sagax)], flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis L.), food-grade gelatin; humectant: vegetable glycerol; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

Directions for use
