Dissolve 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC STRESS with B vitamins (3 g) 1-2 times a day in approximately 125 ml of water, wait at least 1 minute (activation time), stir again before drinking. It is recommended to take the product on an empty stomach.
If taking OMNi-BiOTiC STRESS with B vitamins twice a day, it is recommended to do so in the morning before breakfast and before lunch.
