Description
Food supplement with vitamin H (biotin), zinc and copper, which contribute to the normal maintenance of hair. Additionally, zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of nails. The amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine are important for the formation of keratin, the main constituent of nails and hair.

Ingredients
Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; L-methionine, L-cystine, grape seed (Vitis vinifera L., seeds) dry extract titrated 95% in proanthocyanidins, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coating agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, riboflavin, talc, calcium carbonate, red iron oxide, sulphite-ammonia caramel; calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), copper gluconate, D-biotin (vitamin H).

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with water.

Warnings
It is necessary to consult a doctor for prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks). Do not take during pregnancy or by children under 12 years of age without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
