Description
Optive Fusion is a sterile, multi-dose solution containing sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, glycerin 0.9%, erythritol, boric acid, sodium borate decahydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and is preserved with purite 0.01%, which, once instilled, transforms into the natural tear components of the eye.
For immediate relief from dryness, discomfort, and burning eyes.
Dual-action lubricating and osmoprotective comfort solution.
Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) form a bridged matrix to synergistically relieve dry eye symptoms.
Optive Fusion is compatible with the use of all contact lenses.

How to use
Instill 1 or 2 drops into the eye/s, as needed.

10 ml solution: sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, glycerin 0.9%, erythritol, boric acid, sodium borate decahydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, preserved with purite 0.01%.

Warnings
Discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, persistent redness or eye irritation, or if conditions worsen.
Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the components.
Do not swallow the solution.
To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not rest the tip of the bottle on any surface and avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Close the bottle tightly immediately after use.
After 3 months from first opening, discard any remaining solution.
Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the product.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the bottle if the seal on the neck of the bottle is broken before use.
Do not use if the solution changes color.
Wait 5 minutes before administering another ophthalmic product.

Storage
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life of unopened package: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
