Description
Food supplement based on calcium, creatine, HMB, vitamins and minerals, especially indicated for women aged 50 and over.
Calcium: necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and helps reduce bone mineral loss in postmenopausal women. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures.
Vitamin K2: contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D: contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Magnesium: contributes to normal muscle function and protein synthesis.
Folic acid: contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.
Zinc: contributes to normal protein synthesis and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Tricalcium citrate, creatine monohydrate, calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB), magnesium citrate, flavourings; thickeners: xanthan gum, acacia gum; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; zinc bisglycinate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), sweetener: steviol glycosides (from Stevia), sodium borate, menaquinone (vitamin K2), calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Directions for use
Take 1 stick per day, dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), after breakfast or lunch.
