Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts and chromium, in particular:
- coleus and yerba mate are useful for promoting weight control;
- griffonia is indicated for promoting appetite control and a normal mood;
- lespedeza and goldenrod support the drainage of body fluids;
- phyllanthus and chromium aid the normal metabolism of nutrients, particularly carbohydrates;
- artichoke promotes lipid metabolism.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water (about 150 ml) twice a day or 20 ml in 500 ml of water to drink throughout the day. As this is a natural product, a sediment may form at the bottom, which does not affect the quality.

Warnings
Contains caffeine (10.5 mg/dose). The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for periods longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
Shelf life for unopened product: 36 months.
