Ingredients
Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Commiphora mukul gum resin extract titrated in guggulsterones; bulking agent: tricalcium phosphate; natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol acid succinate); anti-caking agent: fatty acids; selenomethionine, zinc citrate, vitamin B9 (folic acid); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), potassium iodide.

Instructions for use
1 tablet daily in the morning, for a minimum of 3 months. Repeat as needed.
