Food supplement containing Psyllium, L-Tryptophan, Niacin, and tindalized Lactobacillus Acidophilus for intestinal regularity.Psyllium promotes regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and smooth stools. Psyllium also promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora and the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.*
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that regulates mood. L-Tryptophan plays a fundamental role in gastrointestinal transit time and motility in the colon and small intestine through its action as a mediator of excitatory synaptic responses of the enteric nervous system.**
Niacin contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.***
Tindalized Lactobacillus acidophilus promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 sachets per day, preferably away from meals. Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water (150 ml) at room temperature, mix carefully and consume immediately after preparation.

Supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
