Potassium is an essential component for living cells and represents the main positive electrolyte in intracellular fluids. The richest food sources of potassium are of plant origin: fruits and vegetables, kelp seaweed and, not least, brewer's yeast.
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Instructions for use
Take 2-3 tablets daily without chewing or crushing, during meals with a full glass of water. The formulation has been designed to allow gradual and prolonged absorption over time.

The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
