Tricalcium citrate 25%, methylsulfonylmethane 17%, trisodium citrate 10%, heavy magnesium carbonate 10%, magnesium citrate 10%, potassium bicarbonate 10%, zinc gluconate 4%, disodium phosphate 3%; thickeners: gum arabic (Acacia Sengel Willd.) 5%, food maltodextrin 5%; flavouring: citrus 1%.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets together in the evening before going to bed, equal to 2 g per day, corresponding to 96% of the NRV of zinc.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not dispose of the container in the environment.

Storage
Store in a cool and dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an unopened package.
Shelf life unopened: 36 months.
