Description
Topical cream for the treatment of proctitis, fissures, hemorrhoids. Prevents and treats proctitis and tenesmus from ano-rectal radiotherapy. Acts on inflammation, pain, swelling, and itching. It has a lubricating and protective action, stimulates mucosal tissue regeneration and re-epithelialization.
It is a valid alternative to steroidal, non-steroidal drugs, disinfectants and local antibiotics. It has no contraindications and does not cause overdose problems.
As it is not a drug, it can be used by everyone: children, adults, the elderly, at-risk patient categories, pregnant women, radiotherapy patients.
Anti-inflammatory-antipruritic action: inactivates cyclo-lipo-oxygenases (COX-2) reducing prostaglandins responsible for pain and edema and activates aminooxidases (MAO and DAO) which degrade histamine and serotonin causing redness and itching.
Induces tissue regeneration and repair: stimulates the synthesis of fibroblasts, collagen, new vessels by acting on growth factors FGF, PDGF, EGF, VEGF, HIF-1alpha. Promotes cell adhesion in the formation of new tissue because it stimulates the transcription of e-cadherins.

Directions for use
Meticulously clean the affected area with hydrozoil diluted in water and dry.
In case of proctitis: screw the special endorectal cannula onto the tube and apply to the affected area in the evening, morning and after each bowel movement until the situation normalizes.
In case of fissures and hemorrhoids: spread a small amount of product directly on the affected part. The treatment period varies depending on the speed of the therapeutic response.

Ozoile (stable ozonides with vitamin E acetate), cera alba, glycyrrhetinic acid, hyaluronic acid, blackcurrant, arginine.

Store away from light, in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life unopened: 48 months.
