Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin, at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, has a beneficial effect by helping to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; anti-caking agent: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; bulking agents: xylitol, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; melatonin, flavouring; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Gluten-free.
Lactose-free.

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, dissolving it in the mouth.
