Artichoke (cynara scolymus) leaves dry extract    chlorogenic acid intake	160 mg 4 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate; silicon dioxide).

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets twice a day, before meals.
