Directions for use
Take 1-2 capsules daily with a little water before bedtime or upon waking.

Ingredients
Saw palmetto (serenoa repens) fruit dry extract titrated to 30% in saw palmetto fatty acids; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); nettle (urtica urens) root dry extract titrated to 0.4% in beta sitosterol (nettle, maltodextrin); anti-caking agents: talc; silicon dioxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; outer shell (may contain soy lecithin and sulfur dioxide): gelatin; colour: titanium dioxide.
