PROTESAN

Description
Resin for repairing broken, damaged, or tooth-missing dentures. Works in 20 minutes, does not compromise subsequent technician intervention, and does not contain sensitizing or harmful cyanoacrylate substances.

Directions for use
- Clean the denture and dry it thoroughly.
- Rub approximately 5 mm of each broken part with sandpaper until the surface is rough.
WARNING
- Do not use any tools or the compound on the surfaces to be joined.
- Do not abrade the surfaces to be bonded with sandpaper, but only the upper part of the denture.
- Remove the plastilina block from the package and place it on a flat surface.
- Insert the broken parts of the denture into the plastilina block, aligning them.
- Ensure that the parts are well joined and secured.
- Open jar A containing the pre-dosed powder, add 35-40 drops of the liquid contained in bottle B with the appropriate dropper.
- Mix with the spatula until a homogeneous, sticky compound is obtained.
- Using the spatula, apply the compound over the joined parts, along the entire break, ensuring a thickness of about 2 mm and a width of 5-6 mm, covering the surface previously abraded with sandpaper.
- Moisten the tip of a finger with liquid B and smooth the applied layer.
- Wait 15 minutes to ensure the compound is perfectly hardened (hardening time depends on ambient temperature).
- The possible presence of a white halo does not affect the repair.
- Remove the denture from the plastilina block.
- Clean the denture of any plastilina residues.
- Remove any compound residues resulting from the repair with sandpaper.
Detachment of a tooth from the denture
- Clean both the tooth and the cavity with a cotton swab soaked in liquid B.
- Introduce the compound into the cavity and apply the tooth.
- Moisten the tip of a finger with liquid B, then clean off any excess compound around the applied tooth.
- Allow to harden for 15 minutes.

Warnings
Highly flammable and irritating.
