Directions for use
20 drops three times a day.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before using the product, as St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism, even inhibiting their activity.
