Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweeteners.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promoting regular bowel transit thanks to the formation of soft and smooth stools;
- promoting the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
- helping to slow down nutrient absorption and promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fiber.

Ingredients
99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed d.e., maltodextrin, flavor; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor's/pharmacist's advice. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still natural water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medicines. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable for pregnancy. Does not contain lactose sources.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity and heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package.
