Description
Dietary supplement based on plant extracts with theanine, valerian, magnesium, 5-HTP (from griffonia), melatonin and Quatrefolic (folate) which contributes to normal psychological function, and vitamin D (cholecalciferol). Alcohol-free. Sugar-free, with sweeteners.
Quietil helps with:
-relaxation (sleep: in case of stress);
-reducing awakenings during sleep;
-improving sleep quality.

Ingredients
Water, L-theanine from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves, magnesium gluconate, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) roots d.e.* titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids, 5-hydroxy-tryptophan (5-HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seeds, flavouring; Preservative: potassium sorbate; sweet orange essential oil (Citrus aurantium var. dulcis L.); Acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin, polysorbate 20; Quatrefolic (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt); Sweeteners: acesulfame K, neohesperidin, sucralose; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use
-Adults: 30 drops (corresponding to 1 ml), 1-2 times a day in a little water.
-Children (over 3 years): one drop per kg/day up to a maximum of 15 drops (0.5 ml) per day diluted in water.
Shake well before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use by children over 3 years of age, medical supervision is required if used for prolonged periods.
Side effects: individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components.
It is recommended for use under direct medical supervision.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light, heat sources, and humidity. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package.
Shelf life of unopened package: 36 months.
