Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and natural extracts of lemon balm, California poppy and griffonia. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime); California poppy contributes to relaxation; griffonia contributes to normal mood and promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Lemon balm d.e. (Melissa officinalis) leaves titrated to 4% rosmarinic acid, griffonia d.e. (Griffonia simplicifolia) seeds titrated to 20% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), California poppy d.e. (Eschscholzia californica) aerial parts titrated to 0.3% protopine; capsule: animal gelatin; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.
