Equisetum arvense L. (horsetail) herb dry extract 2-3% silica, Urtica dioica L. leaves dry extract, Rosa canina L. fruits dry extract 70% vitamin C; bulking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; anti-caking agent: calcium phosphates; zinc oxide; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine).

Directions for use
Adolescents: take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water. Adults: take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a glass of water.
