Description
Food supplement of B vitamins with sustained release, with L-methylfolate calcium (5-MTHF), the biologically active form of folic acid.
B vitamins support many important bodily functions and, in particular, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin); to the normal synthesis and metabolism of certain neurotransmitters and to normal mental performance (vitamin B5); to the physiological metabolism of homocysteine (vitamins B6, B12, folic acid); to normal psychological function (vitamins B1, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, niacin); to the normal function of the immune system (vitamins B6, B12, folic acid); they help reduce tiredness and fatigue (vitamins B2, B5, B6, B12, folic acid and niacin).

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vitamin B12 (corn maltodextrin; acidity regulators: trisodium citrate, citric acid; cyanocobalamin), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2); anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vitamin PP), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), L-methylfolate calcium (folic acid), biotin (vitamin H).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with plenty of water.
