Description
RECUPERA ENERGY is a food supplement based on Creatine, Acetyl-L-carnitine, L-aspartic acid, Vitamins and Mineral salts. Daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity and short-duration activities. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin C, Vitamin B5 and Magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Zinc and Magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml).
